OH MY GOODNESS HERE IT IS!!!! THIS WAS AN AMAZING “10 Minutes with Daa’iyah Hasan”!!! Thanks to Bob Korin for the suggestion “Step on it!” Stick around after as we talk about how Daa’iyah got into improv, the incredible Karla OBryant Dingle and Cale Evans at Queen City Comedy motel rooms and clowns, not letting the music die inside you, why improv “ain’t the post office”, Joyce Sloane, chasing art later in life and more! This was such an amazing scene: The A Team, Mr. T the United States Senator, self doubt, meeting the father for the first time, the Bangals and more. Daa’iyah is incredibly talented and very, very present. She has such a unique take and point of view that is a joy to watch and play with. She’s also so very consistent and strong in her moves. She was giving me gifts the whole scene! It was just such a pleasure to play with such a skilled improvisor.
